  • We are considered an out-of-network provider for insurance purposes. We can give you a "superbill" (which includes session dates, diagnosis, and fees paid) for you to seek whatever reimbursement your insurance company pays for "out of network" mental health services. We accept HSA, FSA, and HRA Cards so you can pay for therapy with pre-tax dollars.

If you do use insurance, please note that when you use insurance, you will need to be diagnosed with a mental illness. This diagnosis becomes part of your permanent medical record. This may or may not impact your future life choices such as employment, gun ownership, and eligibility for future insurance etc.

If you pay out of pocket, you will not receive a mental health diagnosis.

  • We currently have offices in the west suburb of Portland. OR, and Bellevue WA, however, since COVID-19, we have shifted our practice 100% online by having HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for all sessions scheduled. We are actively adapting to the ever-changing needs of our clients and are pleasantly surprised by the added emotional safety of remote sessions provided for people.

Because of our experiential approach, we feel fortunate to maintain a genuine connection with clients and receive feedback that our services have been helpful despite virtual sessions. However, we understand how this could be different for each person, and it really depends on the specific dynamic with each therapist. If you are open to giving it a try, we'd be happy to see if we can help you :)  If not, no worries; we wish you all the best for your journey!

  • No. Currently, I am only able to work with individuals that are 18 y.o and up. If you have a child or adolescent that needs therapy, I recommend you go to psychology today and set the filter up to search for a therapist that is specialized in working with children in your child’s age range.
